The registration fee does not include accommodation charges. Charges for accommodation should be paid by the delegates. Breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements are done at the venue on conference days as part of the conference programme.

The government guest house accommodation obtained for the conference is now almost exhausted. Delegates submitting accommodation requests after 05:30PM of 23rd January 2025 are requested to make their stay arrangements in the hotels. The details like Name and location of the Hotel, Tariff, contact number and distance from the CRIDA office are furnished herewith. Delegates who are interested in booking accommodation in these hotels are encouraged to contact the Hotel to book the room and inform us at accom.isdaconf@yahoo.com. If you don’t send the booking confirmation, it will be difficult for the organizers to make transport arrangements to and from the hotel. You can take the help of CRIDA team in booking hotels. Please use the code ‘CRIDA’ to get the rooms with the negotiated tariff. Ask for a booking confirmation PDF copy to share on your WhatsApp/Email. Please ask for a twin-bed room if two delegates prefer to share a room (If a delegate wants to share the room with another delegate, only one person should book a double occupancy room). If the online tariff including GST is cheaper (which may change daily as per demand) than the negotiated price, go for the online booking.
